Kelly is right. Consider yourself lucky you aren't a tenant. Placed a call with them over a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. Takes forever to get repairs done because everything has to be cleared by Jennifer. Even services that are contracted for the property are unwilling to do the service because they need approval through Jennifer, yet she doesn't answer calls so nothing gets done. I will not be renting from them again and I would steer clear of them if you are buying a house. Not respectful at all.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Coldwell banker/Empire property Management. They are very unprofessional and they don't know how to return your phone calls or paperwork. I seen an apartment with Devin Zydyk. Told him I was interested in the apartment, gave him my paperwork. Two weeks later I call Devin to find out what is going on. I left two messages at the office, NO return phone call. I call again to speak with Angel Dejesus who is supposed to finish filling out the paperwork. I left a message as well, to my surprise NO return phone call. I decide to appear at the office spoke with Emmanuel Dejesus. He did not know what was going on, he took down my info. I call Devin Zydyk on his cell phone again left a message again no return phone call. Angel Dejesus finally called me back but only to tell me the apartment was being rented by someone else! So I tell her I will be there the next day to pick up my paperwork, she said ok. I go in the next day. Angel Dejesus had just left No knew nothing about my paperwork. So I decide to call her she said that she had to leave for an appt that she will call someone else. Allison gave me copies of unfilled out paperwork and copies of 4 pages of my main paperwork. I ask her where is the rest of my main paperwork and the original paperwork. Her reply was I don't know I was told to give this to you I will find out. Allison then asked me why do I need the original paperwork? Um hello it's my paperwork why wouldn't I want the original paperwork. I once again give her my info. I again call Devin Zydyk I leave another message on his cell phone again no return phone call. Allison calls later to tell me there is NO original paperwork and NOTHING else to give me. What in the world did these people do with my paperwork!!
